Hi, I wanted to know if this phrase should be translated literally, or is this slang ? "coś mnie zaczyna łamać w kościach" Thanks

Not really slang - "łamanie w kościach" is rheumatism. Colloquial, perhaps. If, when the weather changes, someone says this it's equivalent to English "I can feel it in my bones" (original sense, not the more frequent metaphorical sense where it means "I've got a [bad] feeling something's about to happen")
