It actually sounds quite rude (not a lot, but is not polite.) If you want to show your respect to other people better don't use this sentence.

If they're a bunch of leather-jacketed bikers perhaps it'd be better to ask:
A z kim mam przyjemność? or Czym mogę panom służyć?

that expression can also mean:
"are you kidding?"
"you should be ashamed of yourselves"
"whattsa matter with you"
