Can someone help me?

Whenever my grandpa used to eat fresh picked mushrooms fried with eggs and onions, he always looked and me, smiling and said "mmmmmm delicious severina." Now I know I've slaughtered the correct spelling of the word "severina" in Polish, but that's what it sounds like.

Does anyone know how it is correctly spelled and what it means?

All responses would be greatly appreciated:)
