Maybe: Tak źle i tak niedobrze... but it's not as colloquial as the English original.

There seems to be some diffrent translations for "Damned if I do, Damned if I don't" the reason I am trying to traslate this is for a tattoo. My father was Polish and I want this tattooed on me. So I am going to continue to ask untill I get atleast one compain traslation.
