A favourite song...Gdy interes masz do posła?

Can anybody help me with even just the gist of this song please? A full translation would be great if anybody has the time - but I don't want to take liberties here. I understand a few words here and there but the rest is lost on me and Google Translate is flawed at best. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

Osiołkowi w żłoby dano
w jednym owies, w drugim siano
pośród żłobów z których jada
z niezdecydowania pada

Posły osły se na tory
a na torach tłok był spory
pobrudziły se kopyta
stojąc w tłoku do koryta

Jak ten osioł, tak i poseł
może długo kręcić nosem
chyba żeby w jednym z koryt
poseł ujrzał spraw koloryt
gdy zrozumie czym to pachnie
poseł może wybrać trafnie
gdy koryto ładnie przybrać
poseł może dobrze wybrać

Posły osły se na tory...

Chociaż nosi garnitury
poseł knąbrny jest z natury
Poseł wierzy w słuszność sprawy
gdy załącznik jest ciekawy
aby zgodnie żyć z posłami
trzeba gdzieś między wierszami
zawrzeć swojej sprawy sedno
wszak im nie jest wszystko jedno

Lack the time to translate, but the gist is that an MP, and by extension politicans in general, all believe in the rigtheousness of their cause..... as long as their palm is properly greased. In Polish, the humour is heightened by the fact that the word for MP or deputy poseł rhymes in many oblique (inflected) cases with osioł (ass).
