The first name Roch in English?

Anyone know the English equivalent of the Polish first name Roch? In Italian I believe it's Rocco. Wypasiona bryka = cool set of wheels (anything else for this?) Does a fura in this context differ from a bryka? I heard this one soon after the collapse of communism in Poland: Prawdziwy men ma furę. skórę i komórę. (A true macho has a set of wheels, leather jacekt and cellphone.)

In English it is written the same as in Polish (and it derives from germanic languages).

Well, instead of using slang, you could go for more literal terms like 'wóz' or 'samochód'- both meaning simply 'a car' (or in the case of wóz, also: cart, cartload, wagon and wain).

Does a fura in this context differ from a bryka?
