Formal but elegant prose for an invitation

Hi

Please can someone help me put into Polish asomething that you would put in an invitation. For example in English

"I humbly request the pleasure of your company in November"

Something formal but in an elegant and not too reserved way, if you see what I mean.

And a second request, quite simple but my knowledge of the possesive is very limited. What would the translation of "Stefania's Beer" be?

Piwo Stefani. If it is the name of some bar/pub then it might be translated as Piwo u Stefani (Beer at Stefania's place or something like that)

Z wielką nadzieją oczekuję przybycia Pana/Pani/Państwa (na uroczystość) w listopadzie.

I'm looking forward with great hope of your (male/female/plurar form) arrival (on the ceremony) in Nov.

Z radością/niecierpliwością oczekuję Pana/Pani/Państwa przybycia w listopadzie.

I'm looking forward with joy/impatience of yours (male/female/plurar form) arrival in Nov.

Wielki zaszczyt sprawi nam/mi Pana/Pani/Państwa przybycie (na uroczystość, która odbędzie się w) listopadzie.

Your (male/female/plurar form) arrival (on the ceremony which will take place) in Nov would be a great honour for us/me.

Not sure if it is be ok... It would be easier if you tell us what is the occasion then I would try to write whole invitation.

Serdecznie zapraszam na ......... która odbędzie się dnia .......... Mam przyjemność zaprosić pana/panią/państwa na ............ która odbędzie się dnia .......... I have peasure to invite you (m/f/pl) for............... which will take place (date).................
