Could you help me with the dishes? - Pomogłabyś mi pozmywać (naczynia)?
Can we have sex? - Chcialabyś sie kochać?
Can I get oral sex? - Zrobiłabyś by mi dobrze ustami?

Do you know any polish speaking person, who could teach you how to pronounce it? It would be difficult to learn just from phonetic writing.
