Weird hobby you have, make up your mind was it z twoją or z moją, pick one and go with that otherwise not bad, you’re missing s in przepraszam and there should be m not n in tańczyłem.

Niezmiernie Cię przepraszam, za to co się stało, za dużo wypiłem.
Bardzo Cię przepraszam za moje wygłupy, ale nie umiem pić.
Mam nadzięję, że wybaczysz mi moje zachowanie, na przyszłość będę grzeczny.
Niestety, jako Anglik czasem się nawalę, a potem nie pamiętam co robiłem :D

Quite possibly!

Word associations:
Meserszmit - a drunk person nose-dives as if a shot-down Messerschmidt. On my last trip, I could see a mohawk punk in Wrocław who actually nose-dived with a loud splash. In full sunshine!
Bombowiec - a person who has drunk too much is loaded as a bomber-plane.

Bzibzioh, Poles are very sympathetic to and understanding people who had couple too many and can make their excuses in witty and charming way. Any of the phrases I have suggested to Wildie would make him win as a good sport. Really.
