I have to write a formal letter to a company in Polish

Hi, I'm an author of an exercise book and I need to send an e-mail to a company including my request for setting an advertising banner on their website. I want to ask them about the price of such advertisement, it's size and how long can it last. I've no idea how to write a formal letter in Polish... I really need help! Have you tried to send them an email in English? They probably have someone who speaks it.
