"Ok, I finish and go (leave) politely. " A normal way to end a conversation. It doesn't sound like a sexual ref in this case, probably he's just going to bed.

Szwed.... is right (respect). It's totally normal. The expression was used to nicely end a conversation and to indicate he/she was "just" going to bed (to sleep). No other hidden meaning there.
