(Also, would "do lozeczka" be used as a sexual reference here?

A normal way to end a conversation.

It doesn't sound like a sexual ref in this case, probably he's just going to bed.

Sounds normal in Polish in this situation.

Szwed.... is right (respect). It's totally normal. The expression was used to nicely end a conversation and to indicate he/she was "just" going to bed (to sleep). No other hidden meaning there.
