Wiesia Kochana!

I received the package you sent to me. How excited I am.

Your garden is very beautiful, I know you enjoy taking care of it. I made copies of the pictures, and will give the ones you sent to me, to Wanda.

I can’t wait to get started with all the information you sent to me. It will take me some time to enter everything into the computer and get it right. I may have some questions.

There is a lot of information I have, of course, of the families here in America; mine, Wanda’s and Uncle Michael’s. Michalina (Halina) sent me all of her information. Do you think Pan Czuchra would want to receive it.

When I went to Manchester, New Hampshire, I also found some Czuchra relatives who came to
Ciocia Waliczka’s, It will take me some time to see where they fit in.

There was a Wladyslaw, (wife Bronislawa) Showed up in records between 1919-1924 They lived at same address as Waliczki’s.
A Stella Czuchra
There was a Jozeph Czuchra in 1921

Now we know who the Zajdel family is. There must be more out in Pittsburgh. That will take me some time to see if I can find any. And also search Ellis Island Records. I will make a list and send them to you. Perhaps you can find out who they might belong to.

This is so interesting! Thank you, thank you.

Does he speak English at all, does he have an email address.

Dorota Vallerio

Please put into correct grammatical form in Polish as though you might be writing the letter. Then, I will hand print it out and send it to her.

I happened upon your information doing a geneology search on Czuchra surname.

My paternal grandmother was Marya Czuchra Walicki DOD1987 married to Kazimierz Walicki

DOB Feb 15, 1885, DOD Feb. 1965 of Manchester, NH. My maternal step grandmother was

Victorya Zaydel Pelc who married my maternal grandfather, Jozef Pelc DOB 1894, in 1920 and

lived in Pittsburgh, PA.

Jozef's first wife, Ceslava Tempolska of Brooklyn, NY, died in childbirth in Pittsburgh, PA with

my Aunt Anna Pelc Rizza. My mother, Anna, and their brother Bernard grew up knowing

Victorya Zaydel's family as their relations, But my father, Walter P Walicki, was actually blood

relation to the Zaydels being that his mother's, Marya Czuchra, and Victorya Zaydel's mother

were sisters. Victorya had sisters, Francis Zaydel Zelch, and Helen Zaydel Habrat who lived

in Pittsburgh, PA. USA and we know their children and grandchildren.

A Zaydel relation did some family research some years back and had visited my mother, Helen

Pelc Walicki, aand got information and pictures from my mom. I have her name and address

with my Christmas card information but don't recall it now.

I also know from my mom that there were Zaydel relations in Brazil who she wrote to for some

years back.

Hoping you will share information you may have on Czuchra family.
