houks: Łobuziaku and a łobuziak is the diminutive of what BB just said. I would use it to chide someone I cared about or in jest. Almost as a term of endearment.

Łobuziaku is a vocative case of "łobuziak", which in turn is a diminutive of łobuz. It is loaded with warm, positive feeling. Used in reference to a bit unruly male teenager.
But łobuz himself can be translated as one of: scoundrel, bully, thug, rowdy, villain, scalawag, scallywag, hooligan. Not a pleasant person, someone breaking windows in the neighbourhood, etc. No one actually likes a łobuz. But łobuziak puts it in a different perspective and it suddenly becomes socially acceptable word for an unruly teenager, who still has a chance to grow out of his bad habits.
