"I may not have the softest touch ..." - Translation for girlfriends anniversary

Hej

I need help translating a verse of a song for my girlfriends anniversary. Im sure Google translate wouldnt do ignore justice and since Polish is her native language I really want to get it right.

This is what i need translated-

I may not have the softest touch 
I may not say the words as such 
And though I may not look like much 
I'm yours 

If ye can think of anything else to write in a anniversary card it would be great too. thanks folks :-)
