The secretions of aphids, worms and other insects are known as spadź (honeydew). When the bees eat it, their little digestive tracts process it into very nice honey.

It's a Honeydew honey
Honeydew honey is very dark brown in color, with a rich fragrance of stewed fruit or fig jam and is not sweet like nectar honeys]

Hello all Thank you very much for the translation.

In what way is Polish honey different?

In the first place in Poland I ate Miod Polski that friends gave me as presents / brand:Krakowski Kredens (not imports from Greece etc) and there are some varieties which you cannot find easily anywhere, such as Honeydew Honey but also Miod GLOGOWY and Miod pszceli LIPOWY.

People seldom know that Poland has delicious honey...

There is also miód gryczany, a robust, dark, deep-flavoured honey made from buckwheat nectar.

for years, my grandpa was in construction business and they often used the "SPADZIOWY" instead of nails. Many people agree that the robust, dark, deep-flavored honey is better then duct tape. Hopefully you didn’t eat a lot of it,

"SPADZIOWY" is also short for "industrial strength"

geez, foreigners...

No need to get upset Olaf. It always happens in every thread. People add their three cents.
Anyway, I stopped buying 'spadziowy' honey after I learned what it is made of...

Why it is! At least that is what the bee-keepers tell me.
