Hey so i was talking to this guy and my polish is so bad i know a few words
but he said something to me i wanted to know if he was flirting any help would be
very welcome :) also if you could explain how it seems he ment it and convert to english as best as possible please

Actually, that's not quite right. The second sentence says something along the lines of "look at me, I'm going to bed at a decent time today!" (literally "like a [normal] person")

I the dialog: he said "I have to write something". You have written "I know", and again "I know", so he wrote "I know, that you know" with the smile;)
That doesn't seem like flirt. He wrote that because you repeated frase "I know". His reply was suppose to be funny and wity. But again I don't know what exactly were you talking about ealier, so it might have been flirt.
As for the second email, gumishu translation seems correct. It also was intended to be funny.
