Hey I was wondering what if any the Polish names for Russell and Francis were?

Russell is a male given name, that originated from the surname Russell, which in turn derives from the Old French roussel (red-haired or red-skinned), from roux (red hair color).[1] Russell may be shortened to Russ or Rusty and is a nickname for someone with red hair.

no Polish counterpart of Russ/ell - there is also usually no need to translate names in Polish - they just acquire Polish pronounciation that emulates English or other foreing as much as it is possibly

if you happen to translate a text by/interview with say Giovanni Trappatoni you don't change his name into Jan Trappatoni - it was a bit different in ages past but now in most cases names don't get translated

Well, if Mitchell is regularly a popular substitue for Mieczysław in the USA, Stanley for Stanisław, Wesley for Wiesław and Walter for Władysław, then why not propose Racław for Russel, or maybe (borrowing from the Muscovites) -- Rusłan?
Just so the ladies aren't left out, other popular Polish-American substitutes include:
Harret for Jadwiga, Bernice for Bronisława, Lottie for Władysława and Grace for Grażyna.
