nasza klasa profile editing

Would any body be prepared to help me with a translation for my nasza klasa profile.
I am moving to Poland shortly and have many friends so I want to make a profile, but want to be sure to write correctly!
The first bit of the profile is just talking about myself, i would like to say

"I like watching and playing football, going to the gym, and drinking with my friends. After so much practice i am now getting good drinking polish vodka too! I also like relaxing with my girlfriend and spending time in the house with friends and family. My Polish is not very good at the moment but I am trying to improve"

Lubię obejrzeć meczyk. Pograć w nogę. Chodzić na siłownię. Wypić z przyjaciółmi. Po niejednym razem, już mogę więcej polskiej wódeczki. Lubię się relaksować z moją dziewczyną i spędzać czas z przyjaciółmi i rodziną w domu. Mój polski jest jeszcze nienajlepszy ale staram się bardzo. ;)

Niejedno razem is taken from tv advert and means drinking a lot together :)

thanks guys this helps a lot - I want people to see I am making the effort for when i move there, even went to college last night but I am lightyears away from anything like this. - I am going to have a bi of a cut and paste now then I need to work out what the next box is asking me to put in there.
