Need some help with words for a present :)

I'm together with my polish girlfriend for almost a year now. Being a guy that loves to make her happy I am going to give her a really nice present coming Christmas, but I need some help with the Polish words I want to place on top of the present. -Think of it as a cake with a sentence- :P

I don't want to say "I love you", it's so standard and she knows but maybe something like...

-You are the girl of my dreams.
-You have a heart of gold
-You are the one for me
- Suggestions please in english - polish !!!! :D

Could anyone translate the above three and really, any nice suggestion is appreciated.

I'm sure the Polish language has nice ways to say something intimate of it's own, please let me know, show me your romantism! :D

it's not the exact counterpart but very similar in meaning
