Nie rozumiem to słowo i nie znajduję na słowniku... "Zwolnienie nie spowoduje zakłocenia konkurencji, bowiem EUIG nie będzie świadczyło usług na rzecz podmiotów niebędących członkami." Ktoś pomoże? Dzięki wielki.

co? "zakłócenia" miało być? jesteście naprawdę wymagającymi z obcokrakowcami... ;)

questin: jesteście naprawdę wymagającymi z obcokrakowcami... ;) Not really, the spelling wasn't the issue; I think we'd all like urzednicy to make some sort of sense when they communicate. They've failed to do that here.

questin: co? "zakłócenia" miało być? I can imagine how to zakłócić transmission, broadcast, peace but competiton? :) That is the reason why I always read manuals in English.

That's correct.

Like in: line interference but not only.

Other meanings of zakłócenia:

1)zakłócenie spokoju (disturbance)
2)zakłócenie porządku publicznego (public nuisance)
3)zakłócenie ciągłości działania (disruption), in this contex can be used also in:
- zakłócenie konkurecji (competition disruption)

As and example see this Polish government body statement:

* grozi zakłóceniem lub zakłóca konkurencję oraz wpływa na wymianę handlową między Państwami Członkowskimi UE.
