It's used ecpecially when you're talking about colour or advertisements :) Wrzeszczący czerwony (screaming red) = oczojebny czerwony :)) Remember it's rude word, not very elegant :) childwithin: it means: eye fu..ing Literally yes :)

It is relatively new and quite relative new rude word: for example in my opinion this shoe is oczojebny for sure: but this cutout maybe not, but hm... I'm not sure really, depends on space context

It's a slang word for flamboyant, splashy, showy, extravagant, pretentious... Such bad combination of colours that it "fucks up the eyes" ;) Used usually with a negative connotation, but not always..
