The same sentence but with words correctly spelt:

To jak? Uszczęśliwisz moje wilgotne ciacho (ciało) dziś w cieplutkim jacuzzi z pianką? Daj się skusić. Marzy mi się poszaleć dziś w jakim Mariocie z jacuzzi... jeśli udałoby ci się załatwić wolne. Co ty na to? Ja stawiam.

Not even a slang, but a private language, language of her own. Some words adopt new meanings. So, in the sentence:

ciacho most probably means ciało.

My translation then:

My moist body is waiting for a warm foam bath in Jacuzzi. So, will you make me happy today? Can I tempt you to a Jacuzzi party in, say, a Marriott. Of course, if you manage to take some time off. What do you think? I will pay.

Thank you.

Is that 'basking' as in lying in the sun?

not at all... what's the literal meaning of that word? now think about it some and what the rest of the message says.. that same word is used in english slang.. but how is this a g/f if they can't even communicate? something's fishy and that is why i never translate anything of such personal nature. you may want to heed the same..

actually the word is "warming".. this may also be of a much too personal nature..

i'm wondering if "styka" is being used in a slang manner as with the regular meaning this doesn't make sense to me.. was there more to the message then just these 2 sentences?

There's no more to the message, it was sent as a result of saying:

"Last day in Ibiza'

This was a status update on facebook, the comment was:

I bardzo dobrze! Styka tego wygrzewania :D

Said from a friend, or maybe more?

Anyone else offer a translation?

No it doesn't!! It means cake. But in slang it means something like hunk.

My understanding of the message is that it reads (NOT a word for word translation but the right meaning and tone):

How to make my hunk happy and wet in a warm foamy jacuzzi. Let me tempt you to a bit of dreamy madness in some posh hotel with a jacuzzi if you can sort out the free time. What do you think? It's on me...

I think it's most accurate from the all translations which were posted.

I would change only the first sentence to Will you make my hunk happy and wet in a warm foamy jacuzzi? but that doesnt change the meaning.
