2. Enjoy the weekend off maybe with just a little beer (said to woman)
3. Every thing and everyone looks better are vodka, even me (said to man)

How about (jocosely): Widzę, że coraz lepiej spikasz! (If the langauge in question were German: Widzę, że coraz lepiej szprechasz. (Haven't heard this form appleid to any other language.)
