I found this post on a forum, and im curious what the young lady is saying :-D

It's relating to being Polish, Single, pregnant and the UK.

Witam wszystkich serdecznie .Bardzo prosze o rade.Jestem samotna mama z 11 miesiecznym synkiem.Z roznych powodow musialam wyjechac z Polski .Przylecialam do UK i mieszkam u rodzicow.Od marca tego roku jestem z synkiem na utrzymaniu rodzicow,poniewaz nie pracuje.Jest bardzo ciezko,gdyz rodzice niewiele zarabiaja a jeszcze moi bracia sa na ich utrzymaniu.Moze ktos wie,czy moglabym sie starac o jakas pomoc tzn.ktorys z benefitow.Z gory dziekuje za rady.

It's a sign of the times that Polish has absorbed the word "benefit" into its vocabulary... Down with Communism! We want Benefity!

No, it is not. That person uses it in the context of her plans to claim a benefit in the UK as the UK is the country which she is resident of now. No one in Poland would use "benefit" to name "zasiłek". Be informed, Richfilth, being informed is a sign of our times! Down with Communism! Yes, with that I may agree.

Since march I live off my parent's money as I don't work. It's very tough since my parents earn little and they still raise my brothers. Does anyone know if I can apply for any help, maybe one of the benefits. Thank you in advance for your advice.

I've found that forum you had copied-pasted that comment from. Too bad you forgot to mentioned that most comments are critical for that woman that she even dared to ask about benefits. Later she wrote that she thanks for all replies even though some users would eagerly hang her up for being a single mum but sometimes in life no matter how one would try, things doesn't come off as one wishes.
