Hi there can anyone help me translate this to Polish, if not exactly the same, something that sounds natural in Polish would be good.

"Please wait/Hold on a second/wait up <---(is there a saying in polish similiar to this?)
You are my teacher, if you won't teach me who will?
There are somethings that only you can teach me and I'm depending on you."

Also if he asks me to repeat what i just said how do I say "I said" followed by repeating my sentence? Thanks!

You even do not need the "poczekaj". So:

-- Moment...
-- Momencik
-- Chwila...
-- Chwileczkę

Chotto matte kudasai :) He might not understand you but you'll have his attention :) Then just say 'wait a moment'.

Seriously tho, pgtx's advice is good :)
