Strange word (wykłuczenie)

Hello! Please help me again or I go mad. Gazeta Wyborcza uses words which MUST be nonexisting... Here's the suffering sentence:

Od lat wyraźnie widać, że czytelnictwo dzieli: rozkład czytających i nie czytających pokrywa się z mapą społecznego wykluczenia.

I suppose it's talking about some social hadicaps or what o.O o.O

Wykluczenie means exlusion. So 'społeczne wykluczenie' means social exclusion.

Social exclusion - wykluczyć/ać is a perfectly well attested word. Wykłuczyć, however, isn't (I don't think). Devil's in the detail.
