I wanted to know how you would write someone's name, followed by "my little flower". Would either of the following be appropriate and if so which one would be more appropriate? Thank you

"_______, mój mały kwiat" or "_____, mój kwiatuszku"

Mój kwiatuszku is what you call somebody. Mój kwiatuszek is what you put under somebody's picture, for example.

Ok, got it, thank you! One last question, I saw something on a site that said
"moje serce moje życie" and it said that it means My heart, my life. Is that something that makes sense together like that and would there be any punctuation? Thanks again to both for your help!

there should be a comma in the middle, but like with many slogans, it is omitted.
You are not a heart transplant recipient, are you?
Probably not.
In which case - skip the given name! My heart is much more flexible. ;)

I'm feeling a little dense lol. You are correct to assume that I am not a heart transplant recipient :) but I'm not sure what you mean by the rest ..."skip the given name, my heart is more flexible"...? If you mean because it is for a tattoo, it is my daughter's name :)

Oh! That's ok, I guess, but there's still a probability that you'll be explaining it..
You might have surmised by now that I'm not a big fan of tattoos.
