How can I translate some Idioms?

Hi everyone! I have a project for school and I need to translate some English idioms into Polish, but I don't know Polish. Could you please help me? Could you please give me the idiom the best you can in Polish (I know some of them don't really have the same meaning in Polish but maybe for those a word-for-word translation might work?) I would really appreciate anyone's help with this! Thank you very much!

helpful: raise questions= zadać pytanie? wrong here. Zadać pytanie means to address a question. To raise a question according to my dictionary is poruszyć kwestię
