Hello
Maybe you could help me within translating this sentence.
It is for a good friend of mine, who comes from Poland and
i want this sentence to be in a medal for his birthday.
But i cant speak any word of polish and i dont want
to translate it grammatically incorrect.
Here comes the sentence :)

"Turn pain into progression"

Thank you for this

Lashyz,

What is your first language? In English, there's an expression "No pain, no gain!" I never knew the Polish version, but in German, we say "Ohne Fleiss, keinen Preis!" Your phrase sounds a bit like a translation, so I only wanted to know-:)))

Many thanks for your input, folks! Each version reflects the culture in whose language it was conceived: English emphasizes pain = result, German diligence/industry= effect, Polish stresses work = 'kołacz' (??)

Thank each of you very much, for your suggests.

I think "Bez bólu nie ma efektów" is the translation which fits the most
