I need help translating an English phrase into Polish. My grandmother who was almost 100% Polish used to say all the time..."Everything in moderation." I would like to know how to say this in polish. If there are polish letters that should be used I would like them as well. While researching on the web I found "wszystko umiarem" Is this accurate? I believe that is a very literal translation.

Thanks!

wszystko z umiarem (literal word for word translation is 'everything with moderation' - moderation is umiar )

If you were writing this then you would write it as "wszystko z umiarem"?

yes exactly - it is self-contained phrase in Polish just as 'everything in moderation' in English
