Translation of a letter from the civil register office?

Hi All,

I posted on this forum a couple of months ago regarding locating my grandfathers birth details and any other information I could gain. I sent a letter to the civil register office in Krakow which is where I believed he was born and this was the reply I got back in Polish. I did Google translate it (!) but I'm not sure if it was correct or not. Would someone who is able to, summarise the letter for me pleaseeeee............I would be very grateful;

Dotyczy: przekazania podania Louise Porter z dnia 13.04.2011r.

Na podstawie art. 65 1 ustawy z dnia 14 czerwca 1960 roku - Kodeks postepowania administracyjnego (tekst jednolity Dz. U. z 2000 r. nr 98, poz. 1071 ze zm.) Kierownik Urzędu Stanu Cywilnego w Krakowie przekazuje podanie Louise Porter z dnia 13.04.2011r. w sprawie odszukania aktu urodzenia na nazwisko: Gegotek Adam.

W dniu 14.04.2011r. do Urzedu Stanu Cywilnego w Krakowie wpłynęło podanie Louise Porter z dnia 13.04.2011r. dotyczące odszukania aktu urodzenia Adam Gegotek . Poniewaz akt stanu cywilnego, ktorego dotyczy podanie zostal sporządzony w Urzedzie Stanu Cywilnego w Suloszowej jest on wlasciwy do rozpatrzenia sprawy.

says you applied for a birth certificate, mentions some paragraph numbers from important legal documents and then it says the application will be considered.

It says that they pass the case to the office in Sułoszowa bacause this is the place were the birth certificate was made.

Help again please: Translation of an official letter

I wrote a while back as I am trying to search and find more information about my grandfather Adam Gegotek who was born in Suloszowa. I have gained some more information and today I got another letter from the Civil Register Office. I have tried to translate it via Google Translate but can someone please take a look at it for me and just summarise. My father is not listed on his list of children as he was born in the UK, however it would appear that one of my dad's step sister (Anna Gęgotek is still alive and I can contact the Register Office in Krakow for her address....is that what it really reads?) If so can someone...please....pretty please...just write a little note for me in Polish to say to them that I am her step niece from the UK and would like to get in touch and have her address; This is the letter I had;

Urząd stanu Cywilnego w Sułoszowej przesyła w załączeniu skrócony odpis aktu urodzenia na nazwisko Gęgotek Adam urodzony 23.12.1911 roku w Sułoszowej akt małżeństwa - Gegotek Adam z Goraj Otylia, który został zawarty 4.7.1934 r. w Sułoszowej.
Przesyłam też dane o dzieciach Pana Adama Gegotek, który miał trzy córki:

Gegotek Anna ur.1/9/1935 r. Suloszowa - w celu uzyskania jej adresu zamieszkania należy zwrócić się do Urzędu Miasta Krakowa al. Powstania Warszawskiego 10, 31-549 Krakow.

Greczkowska Halina Barbara ur 27.01.1947 r. w Kidugale (Afryka) akt urodzenia 4/1966 Poręba pow. Zawiercianski - brak danych o adresie zamieszkania.

Ziemianska Maria Wieslawa ur. 8.12.1948 r. Krakow zmarla 8.12.2010r. w Skawinie

Dane o rodzenstwie Pana Adam Gegotek

Sisotra - Szymanska Helena rod. Gegotek ur. 1.10.1913 r. Suloszowa corka Franciszka i Heleny Milej- slub - 28.10.1935 r Suloszowa z Piotr Szymanski. Zmarla - 1.10.1986 r Krakow-Srodmiescie

Brat Gegotek Edward urodzony 13.8.1912 r. suloszowej syn Franciszka i Heleny Milej, akt urodzenia 46/1917 USC Suloszowa. Zmarl 21.12.1966 r.w Prudniku aktu zgonu Nr 202/1966 Prudnik

Sisotra - Lalik Irena Rodowe Gegotek ur. 10.4.1919r. Suloszowa, slub - 10/07/1944 Suloszowa z Miloslawem

Hi, my grandfather had the same name, and probably He was born in Suloszowej next to Krakow and had two children boy and a girl. Girl with his wife died in Siberia (Russia). My family tried find out boy (son) via Red Cross but he was send to city Gorki ( Russia) .Grandfather comeback to Poland and got married again, with my grandmother a3a@tlen.pl

I have made a mistake. I didn't read your letter to the end ( sorry).My grandfather's name was EDWARD GEGOTEK and he died in 1982 (Wilamowice Nyskie) district Prudnik.
