dwwd: Dear Ms. Kamilla, I spoke with Ms. Patricia and she told me that to get information about the progress of the registration of my PESEL number I should write to you. The reason for my contact is to be informed if the entry was already given for my PESEL application or if there is some additional documentation needed. If the documentation was already sent in, I would like to know what is the government branch (a USC?), in Poland that is issuing my PESEL, so I can contact them and check the status directly with them. Chciałbym się dowiedzieć czy podanie zostało już złożone, czy też potrzebne są jakieś dodatkowe dokumenty.
Jeśli dokumenty zostały już wysłane, proszę podać mi jaki urząd zajmuje się wydawaniem numerów PESEL, abym mógł skontaktować się z nim bezpośrednio i dowiedzieć się jaki jest postęp w mojej sprawie.
