So I am getting two new tattoos on thursday of this week and the ribbon in the tattoo will feature 2 sayings in polish (my fathers side of the family is from poland) and I'd like to make sure they are correct because sometimes translators online can be wrong

1st: Live Without Regrets "Żyć Bez Żalu"
2nd: Love Without Lies "Miłość Bez Kłamstw"

please confirm or correct, thank you so much in advance!

IT's correct. Although, in Polish it would sound better if put in vocative case:

Żyj bez żalu!
Kochaj bez kłamstw!

True. Also, why capital letters in all words?
Ecen titles are written only with the first word capitalized, not each word. Consider this.

TJp:

1st: Live Without Regrets "Żyć Bez Żalu"

This Polish sentence does not really express the deep English meaning and sounds unnatural.

mieć do kogoś żal means: to bear a grudge against somebody
żyć bez żalu exact meaning live and don't bear grudge

In Polish :
żal = sadness, sorrow, to bear grudge
żałować =is the closest meaning of to regret

The correct translation should be :

"Żyj nie żałuj" ("Live and don't regret or Live without regrets)
Or

"Żyj i nie żałuj niczego" (Live and don't regret anything")

Also live means "żyć" but in saying the correct form is "żyj" .
