Wedding Invitation Translation

Hello!

My Fiance and I are sending out our wedding invitations to her extended family in Poland and we need some help translating it. She is a fluent Polish speaker but her writing isn't up to such an important task. We have the reverse problem with her parents as they are native writers/speakers but their English isn't up to the translation.

We would greatly appreciate your help in translating the text below, and making sure it is just right! Thank you!

Z największą radością narzeczeni Monika Kopocińska i Roger Lee Pierson jr. mają zaszczyt zaprosić W.P. na uroczystość zaślubin, która odbędzie się 28 listopada 2009 RP o godz. 2 po południu w kościele pw. św Jakuba w Waynesburg w stanie Ohio w USA oraz na przyjęcie weselne tuż po zaśłubinach w Lake Mohawk Beach Club w Malvern w stanie Ohio w USA.

I have had my share of wedding invitations that I cannot read. So what I do is get help from a friend to translate it. It is really a challenge to prepare for your own wedding but hey you're happy right so no problem! I was just looking around for a good wedding stationary that I can use for my invitations since I want to make it look more of a DIY wedding.
