This is my unashamed promotion. I have moved to Krakow from the states and have finally gotten my beautiful Probat coffee roaster producing wonderful batches. I hand roast about 10 kilos at a time and have 5 varieties now and more on the way as this years harvest comes to fruition. Let me know if you want any, I'm proud of the quality. I love good cheese too, is there any artisan cheeses made in southern Poland?

The only place I've found in Krakow that sells good cheeses is Alma. Do any of you know others? Perhaps smaller and more personal stores?

With response to why you may like my coffee more than the others you find in the stores: we select our coffees from specific farms that really care how they grow, when they harvest and how they process their beans. We then get these beans, and my wife or I roast these beans in small batches enabling us to bring our the maximum flavor. The choice is like eating a meal made by a chef or chain restaurant.

And the freshly roasted should not be underestimated. No mater who roasts your coffee.

I don't have a store, but feel free to write me, I'll get back to you and somehow get you the coffee.

We were selling on Allegro and will start again next month. We had a supply problem and stopped until we worked it out. It's been a fun business so far.
