My Grandfather was born in Poland and migrated abroad - Can I get a Polish Passport?

Now when I go to the shops I have to pay to receive a bag if I forget my own.

Same in Poland for some time now.

Do you know they are now telling us what we can eat or not eat??

Banning stuff or just giving advice? Seems a strange thing.

Actually banning things that are FOOD, How DARE they tell me what to put in my mouth, or serve any family for dinner?
I HATE this country, I am done with it.
Do they really expect the people who USED to be free to stay and SLAVE away to fund the illegals coming over the border not because they love this country but because they will be given everything free?

ANY food they think will make us gain weight ANY!
The point is they have no right to tell me what to eat.
I cannot believe people are taking this, I cannot.
And the paying for a bag is NOT the cost of the bag, I have no problem with that, but it is a TAX, it doesn't pay the shopkeeper for the cost of the bag, it goes only to the government for nothing, it is a tax ONLY.

Yes, I am well aware that it is the same in EU and specifically Poland herself.
If I am going to live like this, why not do it with the people I am from, instead of a country where I am in the minority, paying for illegals? Paying for Hispanics who hate me because I am Polish?

paying for illegals

I think you are barking at the wrong tree here. (BTW: Were the first settlers ever 'legal'?) And how exactly are you paying for them? You do realise that the illegal workforce's wages are only a fraction of the costs the American society would otherwise have to shell out for legitimate wages and their derivatives? Really, you should be thankful to all those hard working mostly Latinos doing the backbreaking work in the fields, slaughterhouses, etc - thanks to their exploitation YOUR EXPENSES basically on EVERYTHING related are only say 50% of what they otherwise would have been. And if a fraction of them happens to be drug/human trafficking gangsters? Well, remember the simple laws of supply-demand, ie where are the users of those illegal drugs/prostitutes?

You are all illegal in America Lisa.
and why cry about paying ten cents for a plastic bag? It is to discourage their use.
I agree with Jardiero - who do you thinks picks the fruit and vegetables you eat? a magic pixie?

No, we are NOT all Illegals, there are the legal ways of entering and working the country and there are those who simply break the law and enter.

and why cry about paying ten cents for a plastic bag? It is to discourage their use.

No, actually they could care less about discouraging the use, most people used their own reusable bags in the first place. When the TAX was put in place, they were asked why not just stop all plastic bag use, they said they wanted the tax money, point blank, so don't tell me they were trying to discourage the use. They already spent the money that would be received from the bag tax.

I agree with Jardiero - who do you thinks picks the fruit and vegetables you eat? a magic pixie?

Hmmm, who pikcs the veggies and fruits....
You REALLY think I don't know who picks them? LEGALS who come over and are given the LEGAL right to pick them! They are given seasonal work status.

Really? You don't think I know that people come here from other places and LEGALLY help to harvest? They and legal residents pick the harvests.

The out of country residents who have LEGALLY harvested for generations and rely on being able to work here for months, sacrificing being with their families to earn money then return home to care for their families are the ones who are being hurt as well as the permanent residents of this country.

You have Magic Pixies???

Wow, well, there ya go another person who has been brainwashed with propaganda.
Good luck to you, and I am not going to get in to a ******* contest with anyone.
You are incorrect on ALL counts, and I will NEVER be able change your mind with the truth.
Like I said, good luck to you in all you endeavour.
