Hi,
I am looking for an old friend whose parents are Polish immigrants. We met back in the late 70s and early 1980s but lost touch when I returned to Singapore.

Her name is Bozena Michelowna. I have tried googling it but got nowhere - if anyone knows her or her family please could you ask her to contact me?

She last lived in Spa Road, Essex but is no longer there. Her parents used to live in North Finchley and she has one brother. She also married someone in Scotland or Newcastle but they divorced and she had two kids when we last contacted in 1980s. She was one of my closest friends in London when I was a student and it is a shame I have lost touch with her.

MICHELĂ“WNA: This is an obsolete form identifying an unmarreid dauaghter of a fmaily whose surname is Michel. Nowadays marital status is no longer differntiated that way anymore. Maybe you should seek someone surnamed Michel.

I have finally found her - she has of course been using her married name. So it was a stroke of luck that I came across some old photos of her with her two kids. They have uncommon names - so I triangulated these in 192.com. I highly recommend using the advance search in 192.com. It is fantastic and if you are careful, you don't even need to pay for its use. Thank you Looker and Polonius3.
