Hello, My name is Kevin. I was adopted from Poland in 1993 at age 4. Along with my sister who is 14 months older than me. And now I’m trying to finish my investigation of finding all my siblings. There were total of 8 children, possibly 9. But as of right now it is quite difficult with the language barrier, as I do not speak polish.

As of my previous success I’ve luckily found 3 siblings ( that live in Poland and France) so that leaves me with 3 or 4 more.

I’m looking for any Polish/English Agencies in Poland that investigate into these matters. First and foremost, I’m trying to obtain birth certificates of my adopted siblings that were born in the early 1990's. (I have biological names of my parents and also the orphanage my siblings were in)

Is there any Agencies that can investigate and obtain documents? I’m willing to pay for any expenses regarding further investigation, etc. As the orphanages are not willing to hand over the names of the adoptees.( due to confidentiality, legal reasons, etc)

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Hi there -

My company, Lindenia, might be able to help.

We could certainly try for you - if you could send me an e-mail with details of what you need and what you've done/tried so far, I'll be able to tell you if we can help. We don't have a specific remit, we just exist to help foreigners - so we might be able to help :)

Searching for Adopted siblings ...Polish/ English Agencies in Poland help!!

Hello, I've posted this previous post in 2009 but would like to pursue my initial intent. I was adopted from Poland in 1993 at age 4. Along with my sister who is 14 months older than me. Adopted from Poland; need help in the right direction

Umm. So I was adopted from Poland at age 4, in 1993. Along with my sister. I've heard that I have a total of 8 or 9 siblings. According to my source. But I'm at a dead end. As I am unsure of how to pursue anything further. Especially with the language barrier.

The reason being, is the fact that I’ve received the birth certificate info, etc. That show 5 children. And indicate more. But now my source is gone.

Anyways, I've already found 3 of them. My brother and sister in Poland. And another brother in France. So that leaves 3 or 4 left.

But with us not understanding each other, we still want to continue in finding the rest of the gang. Regardless how long it takes.

Are you sure about that spelling? The letter V is not a Polish letter. Are you trying to trace your birth family?
