they waited till 17th September waiting if the planned Allied offensive in the west would commence on 15th of September) as Allies didn't move Stalin realised that he had free hand in Poland

Not that old chestnut again! The simple fact is that there was no confirmed date for any allied attack and that French troops actually entered Germany on 6 September and were in Germany until all Polish forces in Poland had surrendered.

And now back to the topic!

it's a camp site - probably the same one she speaks of in the writing on the other photo (with a dog, right?)

from the building and her clothes one would think the camp site was in the UK (Great Britain)

Harry, what I write is a version commonly accepted by Polish historians, you may not like it but I consider this telling logical (you know such a synergy of reason and purpose)

It might be logical and it may very well be commonly accepted by Polish historians; however, it is very simply not correct. There was no obligation for the British to make any attack by 15 September. Furthermore, the British would have made no such assurance: the treaty was signed on 25 August and that would have given the British 20 days to complete mobilisation and get an expeditionary force organised, get it overseas and in place in under three weeks: that simply is not possible.

That will be tricky: the camps were of a fairly standard design when it came to their buildings. But have you done any research into records of the Polish resettlement corps records? Those should contain details about your grandfather (or is it great-grandfather) and may well also have info about his family.

[edit]
Here is a list of camps, with info and photos for some: http://www.polishresettlementcampsintheuk.co.uk/camps2.htm
Here are Ships and Passenger Lists of Polish WW2 DPs arriving from Africa and Europe http://www.polishresettlementcampsintheuk.co.uk/passengerlist/shipsind ex.htm

That whole site is a goldmine of information!

You got here pretty messed up timeline. Treaty was signed on 25 August, war started on 1 September. Although everybody knew that Germany will start war soon, they didn't know the exact date. So your days counting doen't make sens.
The purpose of treaty (on the part of Britain and Fance) was to create a impression that they actually give a damn about Poland and will attack if Hitler will start war. They partly succeded, because Hitler wanted to start it on 25 or 26 August. When the treaty was signed he slightly pannicked, but then again his sources in Britain and France assured him that there will be no military reaction, when he will attack Poland. Thats why he didn't hesitate to start war few days after treaty was signed.

There is a reason why this "attack" is called - funny/strange war

Look at photo 1,2 and 3. Do you think it's the same gate that the photo of Helena and daughter Maria photo?

This could be.

The gate and the details of the fence in front of Kościół Farny (Fara, Parish Church), shown on the pictures 2, 3, 4 of your latest link, seem to be indeed of the same style as the details on your first photo of Maria and Helena (Photo M)
+ Cast iron gate - check
+ Crowning of the gate - something seemingly tall in (M), cross and ornaments in (#3)
+ Two pillars with characteristic four-gabled tops on both sides of the gate - check
+ The remaining pillars have simple gabled tops, a bit shorter than the main two - check (M, 3, 4)
+ Some sort of foundation - check (M, 4)
+ Cast iron fence
