arrrhh the new age of Polish pakistanis (Lodz will love this!) so instead of hearing on the news about British "born" paki terrorists, soon it will be Polish pakistani terrorists...You can now look forward to demonstrations in the streets of Poland when shite goes on in their country, because they expect your government to do something, because of course they are citizens of your country now..I think Siberia is my next holiday destination, dont think they've managed to spread that far!

....i m frm pakistan living in poland last 3 years with polish wife

now i apply for polish passport

Would your wife not have these answers? Or might she be curious to know why you want documents for her country?

You have to be married for at least 3 years

A person may be naturalised as a Polish citizen after 5 years residence in Poland with a permanent residence permit. That person will most likely be required to renounce any other citizenship held. (not sure about the renouncing thing)

All the information you need is right here

Article 10 is relevant.

If he's learned Polish, integrated into Polish society, understands that he will be required to give up his Pakistani passport, then good deal. Welcome to Poland, you love it, you adapted to it, congratulations.

If on the other hand, he doesn't speak Polish like a champ, doesn't know about Polish culture and history, and doesn't want to renounce his Pakistani citizenship and give up his passport... Well, he's going to have to come to terms that he will never get a Polish passport.

integrated into Polish society

By finding the first mosque and butcher that sells halal, by telling his family back home how easy it is to get into Poland..they'll apply for visitors visas and never leave...Poland has it all to come :D

leave him alone. lets listen to john lenon and wear our che guevara tshirts.

Only if you play Kumbaya on the guitar!

He wants to be Polish

Nope, he wants a ticket out of Poland and into the rest of the EU...

Why do you want a passport, you have lived there for 3 years on your own passport just renew that. Damn pakis always wanted something from the Western world then once they have it saying they dont want anything to do with the West.

We dont want you in Poland, Uk, anywhere to be honest so just keep your paki passport ok

first of all, if someone stereotypes you, there is no logic to make comments about whole polish nation. I think its a terrible idea to loose your passport and to live in a country where you dont know any customs or language.

I also wana know what's a big deal if a Pakistani wants a polish passport.
Why these double standards !!!
How many polish, Lithuanian, Latvian etc etc go to the USA and stay there illegally and marry US citizens to acquire green cards ???
No one says anything about that ???
If a Pakistani asks a simple question, the answer is always followed by a whole lot drivel of **** specially this Amathyst who knows ZERO about immigration and still giving utterly pointless advise to people.

Either you have studied a lot or have lost it all.
If you are English than why poking your nose in the rest of the EU ???
Stay aside woman ... In every thread I see your comments seems like you have nothing better to do in your life ????

You should "wanna no" some English.

If that makes sense.

I would really like to know more about the (un)lucky lady that married the Paki dude.

It must be not very educated small town girl with little self-confidence not very attractive and quiet and first of all never noticed in local comunity so the brown skinned guy came as a good solution of becoming a bit more popular but she is not inteligent enough to know that she will be more popular in a bad way.

What double standarts?

How many polish, Lithuanian, Latvian etc etc go to the USA and stay there illegally and marry US citizens to acquire green cards ???

Are you American in Poland? If not shut your filthy mouth.Let's talk how many Poles stay in Pakistan and marry Pakis to get Paki "green card" or whatever it is called and how many Pakis do it in PL.Why do you 3rd worlders always come up with what Poles do in the US???It is none of your ******* bussines.

If you are English than why poking your nose in the rest of the EU ???
Stay aside woman ... In every thread I see your comments seems like you have nothing better to do in your life ????

She is English and EU citizen, therefore she has more rights to poke her nose in EU affairs than a dirty 3rd worlder like you will ever have.

Knowing about the percentage of ethinic groups in some town doesn't really mean you know about immigration laws.
That's why people like you are not the law makers but just a mere waste of space.

she need to buy a repellant spray anti pakis.

it puts me in a profound shock everytime I come across such pathetic comments because I wonder where these people are hiding in real world ??

Perhaps you know the consequences of saying it to some Asian paki or Indian or African on their faces ????
Well, you know you will end up with one tooth (if you are lucky)
so I guess forums are the right place for you who can't have a god damn life in real to spread hatred.

Oh aye? Lest you be forgetting that "English" is not a valid citizenship to hold... anywhere. Not even in the UK. To have any "right" to poke ones nose in EU affairs, one should at the least be of a citizenship in a European Union member state. I'm afraid that "English" holds 0 weight at all in any logistical circumstance, which is why I don't use this redundant term. Power to those who do, though, they can cling on to their shred of illusionary self-worth while the rest of Europe leaves them behind in their swamp of hatred and bitterness.

3rd worlders

That's not a correct phrasing.

so I guess forums are the right place for you who can't have a god damn life in real to spread hatred.

Take comfort in the fact that they don't spread their hatred, they simply waste their own time, energy and resources into fueling their hatred, and no one elses. They can type as many words as they like on any forum, they'll only end up consuming themselves with hatred with no effect on the outside world whatsoever, certainly not on politics which is the preferred focus of many of these degenerates.

@MATOWY:-
I absolutely agree with you but unfortunately it will be too late for their tiny little brain to understand the facts of this global world.

I just feel sorry for these people. May god guide them to the right path.

I don't see what's so risky about telling some truths to a 1.65 Paki?
