Polish Passports Pre WWII

My Great-grandmother got a passport from the London Polish Embassy in 1935.
Where do they keep records of this issued passport? I have only the passport number.

Try to contact polish home office "Ministerstwo Spraw Wewnętrznych". Try that first. Good luck!
