Urgent help for contacting someone in Wroclaw...

I come on Monday the 5th of April for 5 days to Wroclaw. I am already trying to contact on old friend of 15 years ago of me in Wroclaw but i don't have her emailadress or telephone number just a street where she is living... Her name is Hanna Najbar. I know she is on a Polish site called klasza.pl but unfortunately i don't speak any word of Polish (just very basic words...) to register me on this site and to contact her. Who can help me?
