I can't type ±

I don't know what's wrong but I can't type ±. Other polish letters are ok including ¡. Don't you know how to fix it? I have windows 7.

Check if you've got the "Polish programmer's" (Polish: polski programisty) keyboard settings.

Ctrl+Alt+Del 3 times really quick and the ¡ comes back, i had happen to me too

or

alt F4

that will fix ya.

I had properly set the Polish Programmers keyboard so the problem must have been somewhere else. But now without doing anything it works. Really, it was a mysterious error. :D
