Cheap way to learn polish

Ok well my name is Brandon and I am coming to poland around August to stay there for nine months and go to school. Now me and my family have been looking for some programs online to help me speak polish. We have tried Pimsleur for german, (because I thought I was going to germany) and it was good but they just ended up sending us more and more stuff and charging us, so we canceled and cant get that anymore. Then the rosetta stone would be nice, but it is just to expense, so if anyone has any suggestions for me I will greatly appreciate it.

Hey, I participated in a Polish course in Cracow, and my teachers adviced me to sign up for more materials and Polish lessons for free on this website: e-polish.eu You can use couple of lessons for free. There are lots of materials and you can also talk to Polish teachers or students on a special forum. I hope it will be useful. Have fun with Polish :-)

get some private lessons where you live man, stick an ad up on something like gumtree looking for a polish teacher close to where you live...I wish I'd learned before I moved here, actually it was a huge mistake that I didn't coz it can be pretty hard to get by without some

superkill: Ok well my name is Brandon The most important phrase is Czesc. Jestem Brandon ;) Don't focus on grammar, focus on reading and writing fluency e.g. you can read some wikipedia article and switch over en and pl version.

you can try searching for some teaching videos on youtube. It's a very cheap way :) I find them quite useful for learning English.

Brandon, cheap is dear! Better to invest seriously in instruction which might cost you, but in the end, will yield solid results. A native-speaking teacher is a must, in my experience. A good one though, will tend to be expensive-:))
