German nation - degradation or just deviation? Your opinions?

But I cant understand situation when some guys make the acquaintance by means of Internet, then one kills another and eats him by mutual consent. You can't accuse all Austrians or Germans of being monsters just because a few random citizens of these particular countries committed horrifying and unimaginable crimes.
