I am dating a guy from Poland and want to send him and his family something special for Christmas. Having a very had time....any ideas

Make something. Make a one-of-a-kind card, a gift, a poem, frame your pictures, some kind of memory you shared together. That would mean more than something bought in a store, since you can buy a lot of beautiful things in Poland, but you cannot buy something made from the heart.
Or what does he like? a game, a good romantic movie CD, a book he would like, does he collect anything?
Or a box of cocoa puffs cereal.

jeez bunny... all due respec an ting but i cant believe you have posted this on a public forum... the poles arent freeks... they arent still using pebbles for currency... they have tv... and some of them even have dvd players...

... if your boy friend was from england what would you get him and his family for christmas...?

saying that... ive heard they dont have tea bags in poland... send them some pg tips... theyll really appreciate it...

I new some one who went to work away over the xmas period, his wife sent him a pair of her nickers wrapped in a plastic bag. ( idont think they were clean one either)
But i do know he come home earlier than that was exspected. You never Know!!!!!

WOW bubbawoo! I'm not an idiot! Definately don't think Poles are FREAKS or I wouldn't be dating one! Not looking for those types of stupid gifts for him and his FAMILY (as stated before) but something special and meaningful!
If I had a bf in England I would ask the same question! Every country celebrates holidays in different ways!

Bunnie...welcome. Maybe bring sth hand made from the south...thought I read bible belt somewhere Maybe a post card book of where you live..pictures of the countryside. Sth southern Good luck.
