Also wanted to know of areas next to Arkadia Mall & Grzybowska Street (Centrum)

Please let me know if anyone has any experiance with nice apts/areas in WAW

Mokotow is a well-known street and area in Warsaw I don't know about the other.

There are many nice areas. Best is to get in contact with the estate agents. Mokotów is a beautiful old area of Warsaw. Some of the houses there still have fruit trees in the garden.

Hi, I don't know if you considered Kabaty/Ursynow (south of Mokotow) but I have an apartment for sale there. It's a great area on the Metro line, close to the Kabaty woods, Cycle routes, shops(Tesco Real Auchan) and schools and other amenities.
you can see my apartment at this link :-

hello:
Mokotów is a beautiful old area of Warsaw. Some of the houses there still have fruit trees in the garden.

Some blocks in Mokotów even have flowers in the garden, and real grass...

Let's face it central Warsaw is an urban jungle. Places like Ursynów, Bemowo, Goc³aw look like prison cell block H - they are hideous carbuncles on the landscape, scars on the human collective soul.
The only places to live in Warsaw are Mokotów, Zoliborz, Saska Kepa and perhaps a few small areas near the Old or New Town, the rest of Warsaw's townships are a bit like Soweto, or just plain inhuman.
