A good phrase for a Polish Name day...help

Hi,

It's my girlfriends name day tomorrow, and as I am not with her (i'm in UK, she's in Cyprus!) I wondered if there was anything special in polish that I could say to her???

You can say - "wszystkiego najlepszego z okazji imienin, kochanie" (best Name Day wishes for you, darling).

... and you can Always say: "Kocham Ciê" (I love you) -- it's an universal phrase and works like a charm... .
