Hi We're looking for a good company in Warsaw to rent out clients apartments - ideally they would be good and have English speaking staff. If anyone can help with a recommendation that would be great! Thanks.

Sounds like there's an opportunity for someone to set up a lettings agency in Warsaw ?

Wonder what the Polish lettings agencies are like compared to the better type agencies in the UK ?

There are tons of such agencies in Warsaw already. I doubt a new one would make much money unless you had an inside connection.

Yes but are they any good though ? There are tons of agencies in the UK but they vary greatly and at the end of the day, quality of tenant and management with minimal void periods is what counts at the end of the day.

So, question is how good are the agencies in Poland ?

Dunno but there are lots....I guess it's like a petrol station or kebab stand....they are everywhere and there is only so much different you can do...I could be wrong but it just doesnt seem like a good business op to make a new agency.

I don't know anything about Polish lettings agencies but if they are not customer orientated with a high level of quality service then there is scope to start a new agency. Once such an agency is up and running, there is always the opportunity to then maybe franchise as well. As the rental market grows in Poland (and it will) then high quality management is crucial in an area where <hopefully> there is/will be a lot of foreign investment in small units i.e. residential and light commercial etc.

Interesting ! I am sure a good agency from the Uk may follow that up sometime in the very near future, lol.

In Poland? Surely you jest. You are required to leave quality service and customer care at the border.

If you gave good service a Pole would not trust you...they'd think you were up to something.

Think you may have missed the point somehow.

It isn't about giving a good service to the average Polish person.

Anyway, I don't agree with you on the comment about Polish people not trusting you. I'm Polish, but born and raised in the UK hahaha ! And there is nothing you could teach me about 'QOS' <Quality of Service, no matter which Industry or commercial concern it would apply too <s>
