Goosebumps

What is the Polish equivalent (if any) of "goosebumps"?
Also useful (for me anyway!) "it made the hairs on the back of my neck stick up"

goosebumps = gęsia skróka
"it made etc." = to sprawiło, że włosy na karku stanęły mi dęba

No other phrase for that than 'gęsia skórka' comes to my mind, it's the most popular. Maybe there is some other name, but it must be something medical. Maybe it sound a bit silly, but it really is the name used in PL.

If you need collocation it's:
dostawać gęsiej skórki = get goosebumps
przyprawiać kogoś o gęsią skórkę = make someone get goosebumps
